Requirements
- Perform check-in / check-out tasks
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with their needs.
- Ensure the customer experience is the best possible during their stay, maintaining brand standards at all times.
- Perform administrative tasks of the reception service with qualification, initiative, and responsibility.
- Perform assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and safely.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction during their stay.
- Have knowledge of the hotel's facilities and the destination.
- Support the revenue strategy established by the revenue team. Maximize sales and hotel income through upselling and cross-selling promotions.
