Job Description
Meliá Hotels International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to join the Club by Meliá team. The Guest Concierge will provide personalized service to guests, generating trust and identifying potential clients to invite to the sales room.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience inviting and prospecting couples
- Studies in tourism, public relations, hotel management, or similar
- Advanced English, another language highly valued
- Good communication, public relations, proactive, customer-oriented, high service vocation, and results-focused skills
- Knowledge of the Office package
