We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to join our Club by Meliá team in Cancún, Mexico. You'll provide personalized service to guests, proactively invite them to know the Circle product, and act as the first key link in the commercial process. Your earnings will depend on your talent, and you'll have access to professional growth opportunities and continuous training.

Requirements

• 1/2 years of experience inviting and prospecting couples for the presentation of the sales room of Club Vacacional
• Studies in tourism, public relations, hotel management, or similar
• Advanced English, another language will be highly valued
• Interest in the commercial area and sensitivity to detect sales opportunities
• Good communication skills, public relations, proactive, client-oriented, high service vocation, and focused on results
• Knowledge of the Office package
