Join the Melia Hotels International team as a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to proactively invite guests to know the Circle product in the sales room, providing personalized, warm, and high-quality service, and promoting commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience inviting and prospecting couples for the presentation of the sales room of Club Vacation
- Studies in tourism, public relations, hotel management or similar
- Advanced English level, another language will be highly valued
- Interest in the commercial area and sensitivity to detect sales opportunities
- Good communication skills, public relations, proactive, customer orientation, high service vocation, and result-oriented knowledge of the Office package
