Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 1 year as a Department Head in 4* hotels
• Middle-Senior Level Education in Culinary Arts
• Knowledge of Food Handling, Hygiene, and Food Safety. Food Handler's Card
• Multifaceted skills within the services offered (Menu, Breakfasts, Buffets, Banquets)
• Leadership and communication skills, as well as previous experience in team management
• Initiative and teamwork
• Commitment to excellence
• Proactivity
