Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 1 year as a Department Head in 4* hotels
- Middle-Senior Level Education in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of Food Handling, Hygiene, and Food Safety. Food Handler's Card
- Multifaceted skills within the services offered (Menu, Breakfasts, Buffets, Banquets)
