Job Description
We are seeking a Chef/Manager to supervise the preparation of food services in our hotel, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Tourism or Gastronomy, 2 years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements
- University degree and/or higher in Tourism
- Gastronomy/Culinary training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in 4 and 5* Hotels
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety
- Culinary knowledge of the kitchen
- Up-to-date with specialized cooking trends
- Dominion of Office Package and related tools
- Knowledge of hotel operational management specific to the gastronomic specialty
- Orientation to results and economic objectives marked by the company
- Proactivity for excellence and high capacity for planning and organization
- Leadership and high communication skills, as well as previous experience in team management
