Requirements
- Define and pilot revenue management strategy to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability
- Develop pricing strategy and ensure its daily follow-up
- Supervise group and event pricing and ensure correct application of tariff instructions
- Analyze pickup reports and performance data to identify opportunities for optimizing revenue
- Monitor and control distribution channels and implement necessary actions to prioritize direct channels
- Pilot upselling and overbooking strategies
- Establish regular and reliable forecasts for the hotel portfolio
- Participate in development of annual budgets and their periodic revisions
- Follow market trends and competition to ensure competitive pricing position
- Ensure continuous improvement of key performance indicators
- Guarantee reliability of data used for analysis and performance management
- Supervise proper use of revenue management tools and systems by concerned teams
