Requirements

• Training in Gastronomy, Cooking, or similar

• Advanced knowledge in food safety and handling
• Leadership, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure
• Mastery of computer tools (Office, kitchen management systems)
• Availability to work in rotating shifts and weekends
