Melita is a trusted HR, Benefits, and Payroll outsourcing partner seeking a Senior Benefits Advisor to lead benefits analysis and presentations, serve as a strategic advisor, and cultivate strong working relationships with insurance carriers and general agency partners.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience — Small & Large group benefits analysis and consulting
- Bachelor's Degree — Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Active Insurance License — Life & Health license required
- Presentation Skills — Confident and polished communicator with clients
- Strong Excel Proficiency — Comfortable with data modeling and proposal tools
- Relationship Builder — High EQ with a talent for earning client trust
