We are looking for a dynamic driven Business Development Associate, South East Europe & Central Europe to drive business growth across Southeastern and Central Europe markets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services.
- Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem
- Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events.
