Job Description
Menasha Corporation is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Operations Specialist to administer Workday Learning and related HR systems, ensuring high-quality program execution and a seamless participant experience. The Specialist will partner with program owners, facilitators, and HR stakeholders to evaluate system needs and enable scalable, reliable system execution.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in HR or business operations, HRIS/Learning systems (e.g., Workday Learning), or program administration
- Hands on reporting/analytics experience and data storytelling
- Collaboration & Interfaces: Partners with Coordinator for rosters, attendance, and calendar alignment, Talent and L&OD Directors and Manager, and HR Technology team
