Talent Development Intern

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Talent Development Intern to gain hands-on exposure to the full talent lifecycle. The role will support initiatives across talent acquisition, learning & development, and early career programs.

Requirements

• Support initiatives across the talent lifecycle
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, resume review, and interview coordination
• Contribute to talent selection, candidate experience, and early career pipeline projects
• Help design and deliver intern and early career learning experiences, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Collaborate with Intern Ambassadors to enhance the intern program cohort experience
• Research talent development and early career best practices and help improve programs through feedback and insights
