Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the programs that develop the people at Mendocino Farms. This role owns the systems, logistics, and operations that keep training running across the business, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Manager-in-Training (MIT) program.
