Requirements
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Strong coach who gives effective feedback and grows the team every day
- Organized with a deadline-oriented and focused approach to driving results
- Ready to master every position in the restaurant before teaching someone else
- Cares about people and builds relationships with guests and team members
- Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic and growing restaurant group
- Experience with managing a large team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in the kitchen and skilled at ordering & inventory
