RESTAURANT MANAGER

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of happy and friendly foodies. The role involves managing a high-volume restaurant and related hospitality operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coach who gives effective feedback and grows the team every day
• Organized with a deadline-oriented and focused approach to driving results
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before teaching someone else
• Cares about people and builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic and growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen and skilled at ordering & inventory
