Painter

We are seeking a skilled, reliable Painter to join our property management team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and understands the importance of creating clean, welcoming spaces for tenants and clients.

Requirements

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and cleaning.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes, using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Perform drywall repairs, texture matching, and minor carpentry as needed to ensure surfaces are ready for finishing.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and other materials to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of materials.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
• Communicate with property managers, maintenance staff, and tenants regarding project timelines and access needs.
• Track materials used and report supply needs to management.
