Recovery Case Manager - Bachelor Level

MHA is seeking a full-time Recovery Case Manager to join our Community Support Services Team to provide in-home and community-based outreach services to individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a helping profession, such as social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice
• Certification as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner may be substituted for one year of experience
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekends
