Job Description
MHP is hiring an on-call Residential Advisor to work with transitional housing and supportive housing participants with lived experience of homelessness, mental health conditions, and/or addiction. The role involves daily monitoring of participants' activity, ensuring safe and secure environments, and providing resources. The position is 24/7 and based on the needs of the program, requiring awake positions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of related work experience
- Certified Peer Specialist certificate preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Basic electronic communication skills
- Basic food safety certificate
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate within 6 months
