Job Description
As a Facilities Supervisor at Mentor Technical Group, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of utilities operators, installers, and mechanics, ensuring reliable and high-quality service. You will also monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and counsel employees about work-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
- At least five years of experience in plant utilities operations related fields within the regulated industry
- At least three years of experience leading teams
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software
- Good working knowledge of utilities/facilities equipment and O&M requirements
- Strong understanding of proper OSHA safety practices and procedures
