Facilities Supervisor

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to direct the supervision and coordination of assigned utilities operators, installers, and mechanics. The successful candidate will ensure reliable and top-quality service in the operation of various systems, including steam units, potable and purified water systems, chilled water systems, and compressed air systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
• At least five years of experience in plant utilities operations related fields within the regulated industry
• At least three years of experience leading teams
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software
• Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, resource balancing, etc.
• Good working knowledge of utilities/facilities equipment and O&M requirements
• Strong understanding of proper OSHA safety practices and procedures
• Good organization skills
• Technical writing ability
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Knowledge of the purchase order system and requisition procedures
• Must be flexible and responsive to the needs of the business
• Must have the ability to overcome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to complete assignments promptly
