Meow Wolf seeks a Director of Facilities & Exhibition to oversee the functioning of all building systems, manage the facility/exhibition technical maintenance team, and ensure compliance with local and federal health, safety, and building codes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in themed entertainment, museum/ exhibit, or attraction operations experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Manager and/or Facilities Director
- Degree in Engineering, Technology or other relevant fields preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Projects
- Team leadership and performance management experience
- Project management, development and delivery experience
- Strong analytical/critical thinking abilities
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Well versed in site management best practices and relevant laws
