Product Manager

Meow Wolf is looking for a Product Manager to work with the software engineering department to understand the 'why' of requirements from stakeholders and translate them into the 'why and how' with the technology division. The role requires a holistic understanding of the product being worked on by the Product Engineering team and the ability to own and campaign for the product vision, and carry it through to release and beyond.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of product management experience, including defining product roadmaps and bringing software products from concept to production.
• Data driven decision making and focus on customer experience, including the ability to co-lead user research and measure success by outcome rather than output.
• Strong understanding of project management tools, road mapping software, and resourcing.
• Keen knowledge of what is possible in modern Android, iOS, and web development and of design and interaction patterns and trends within each.
• Strong team collaboration skills, with proven experience working across disciplines towards a unified goal.
• Technical and coding experience of any kind is a great bonus.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced product process under minimal supervision.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present work to large groups.
