We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
