Job Description
We are looking for a Country HR Business Partner to lead HR practices in Indonesia, working closely with the Country Managing Director and Commercial Leadership Team. The role involves translating regional people priorities into practical local execution, ensuring people practice and workforce decisions support organizational goals and strategy.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively and strategically with senior and functional leaders
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights
- Familiar with HRIS and HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) at a functional level
- Proficiency using data and presentation tools such as Excel or Power Point to organize information and generate insights
- Strong command in English, both written and verbal, with confidence communicating in regional and cross-cultural settings-cultural settings
- Comfortable working within a matrix or regional organizational structure; regional exposure preferred
