Job Description
We are seeking a Program Instructor to work with Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or in the care of the medically fragile. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, one year of relevant experience, and a current driver's license. The role involves providing assistance in the initial and on-going assessment of participants, working with assigned Individuals, and documenting and providing first-hand training and developmental support.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years old
- One (1) year of relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or in the care of the medically fragile
- A current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
