Job Description
Merchant & Gould is seeking an experienced ANDA Attorney with at least 5 years of small molecule pharmaceutical product experience, chemistry undergraduate degree, and a PhD in organic chemistry preferred. The position is located in Minneapolis, MN and can also be located in other offices.
Requirements
- Pre-2020 law school graduate
- At least 5 years of small molecule pharmaceutical product experience
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Assisting in or drafting opinions
- Chemistry undergraduate degree
- PhD in organic chemistry preferred
