Job Description
Merchant & Gould seeks an experienced attorney to join our Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience and a technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar. Our associate compensation structure has two components: a base salary and a discretionary merit bonus.
Requirements
- Pre-2022 law school graduate
- 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience
- Technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar preferred
