Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for Booking.com, providing top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers with their travel bookings and inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Genuine passion for travel and assisting customers in their travel journeys
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
