Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Genuine passion for travel and assisting customers in their travel journeys
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
