Mercier Consultancy is offering a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative with a Client in the Travel & Hospitality industry. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with travel inquiries and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and a desire to assist customers in creating fantastic experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
