Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for travel and a desire to assist customers in creating fantastic experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
