Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and effective problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for travel and helping customers create unforgettable experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
