Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or technology, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for digital marketing and helping clients achieve their marketing goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
