We are seeking a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Marketing Platform team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our digital marketing solutions and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or technology, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for digital marketing and helping clients achieve their marketing goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
