Job Description
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to lead to the profitable growth of assigned high-opportunity agencies. The role requires regular interaction with executive leadership of large national and regional brokers, agency groups, and independent agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- At least 5-8 years of experience with outside sales and marketing in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and data-driven sales strategy
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 20% of the time
