Job Description
The Deputy Human Resources Manager will assist the HR Lead in achieving Mercy Corps program objectives, overseeing human resources operations, and providing professional advice on HR issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Social Sciences, or other related academic disciplines
- Membership of an HR professional body with certification
- At least six (6) years of progressive HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of Nigeria's labor law
- Fluency in English, and fluency in Hausa and any other Nigerian language is an added advantage
