The MEL and CARM Officer will be responsible for developing MEL tools, conducting site visits, analyzing data, and preparing reports. They will also facilitate learning mechanisms, translate MEL tools, and assist with data entry. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance to program staff and develop capacity-building sessions on monitoring and evaluation practices.
