Job Description
The Financial Officer will review and process financial transactions, perform internal control work, and work closely with the program management team to plan, manage, and execute financial tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in humanitarian sector
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel to program locations as needed
