Mercy Corps is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer to oversee, evaluate, and track the program's adaptations according to objectives, indicators, goals, and work plans, through the analysis of data and processing of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, systems engineering, statistics, or related field.
- Three (3) years of demonstrable experience in data analysis and monitoring and evaluation in socio-economic development programs with a rural focus.
- Minimum two (2) years of demonstrable experience in database management, information processing, and analysis.
- Two (2) years of experience in similar positions with international NGOs or similar employment in the public or private sector.
- Demonstrable experience in the preparation and presentation of technical reports to donors, containing analysis of the follow-up to work plans and indicators, monitoring and evaluation of social and development projects.
