Job Description
We are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to join our team in Popayan, Cauca, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of MEL activities, ensuring the quality of data, and providing technical assistance to the program team.
Requirements
- Provide technical assistance to the program team on MEL activities
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with the program team to design and implement MEL activities
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for program improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of the program's monitoring and evaluation plan
- Collaborate with the program team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and other documentation
- Collaborate with the program team to develop and implement a knowledge management system
