Mercy Home for Children is hiring a Community Habilitation Manager for their new residence Kay's Place in Brooklyn. The position will oversee the delivery of community habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities and supervise staff.

Requirements

• Supervise Community Habilitation Specialist delivering community habilitation services in home and community settings
• Available 24 hrs to respond to urgent issues, incidents, or emergencies
• Maintain compliance with OPWDD, Medicaid, and agency documentation standards
