Director, Marketing

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency that partners with purpose-driven clients in healthcare, life science, and consumer products. The Director, Health Marketing role will lead internal initiatives to support client engagements and position them to introduce new solutions effectively to changing market conditions. The role requires strategic and executional consulting and expertise in all aspects of account management.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in brand/demand marketing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Thorough understanding of the advertising industry, particularly within MERGE's key verticals: Health Plans, Health Providers, Specialty Healthcare, Lifestyle, and Financial Services
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
