At MERGE, we are a marketing and technology agency that uses human insight, creativity, and AI to transform complexity into clarity and craft personalized experiences that deepen the connection between people and brands. We are looking for a Director, Marketing who will lead internal initiatives to support client engagements and position them to introduce new solutions effectively to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in brand/demand marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Thorough understanding of the advertising industry, particularly within MERGE's key verticals: Health Plans, Health Providers, Specialty Healthcare, Lifestyle, and Financial Services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
