Job Description
The Facilities Lead role requires an experienced individual with strong practical foundation in facilities management or a related discipline to lead a small team in maintaining and improving buildings, grounds, services, and facilities at the company's site in Castlepollard. Key responsibilities include facilities management, team leadership, health, safety, and compliance, utilities and energy management, and project management.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification or demonstrable track record in Facilities Management, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, building regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven experience in people management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
