Job Description
Certified Surgical Technologist will play a vital role in supporting safe, efficient, and compassionate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond proactively during procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments
- Support intra-operative patient care in collaboration with the RN and surgical team
- Monitor equipment and report any concerns to appropriate personnel
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and respectful surgical environment
