Leasing Agent

Meritus Property Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to attract and retain tenants for its portfolio of properties in the Portland, OR metro area. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing and sales skills, proficiency in CRM and Yardi Voyager software, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Strong leasing and sales skills and background
• Proficient in using CRM and Yardi Voyager software for property management tasks
• Administrative skills for handling lease agreements, rental applications, and other documentation
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address inquiries or concerns
• Knowledge of property maintenance procedures to coordinate repairs and ensure a well-maintained property
• Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant experience
• Customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with tenants and address their needs
