Job Description
MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Leadership Development Facilitator to support their mission and embody their core values. The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education, leadership development, or human resources and be able to facilitate in-person and web-based training.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in higher education, leadership development, organizational development, human resources consultant or business partner, coach, training, or relevant leadership role
- Relevant certifications are preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications, LMS administration, and web conferencing
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
