MERS Goodwill is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support store operations and embody the company's core values. The ideal candidate will have management experience and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• One year of Management experience
• Previous Goodwill Retail/Warehouse Experience
• Valid MO or IL state driver’s license and insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and lead employees
• Ability to hold employees accountable
• Comfortable with workplace technology
• College degree preferred
