Business Development Manager - AI Partnerships

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our AI Partnerships Team, focusing on data acquisition partnerships. You will source and secure datasets for training next-generation frontier models, bridging technical research needs and external partners, and drive data acquisition partnerships from term sheet negotiations through product launches.

Requirements

• Proactively identify data partners for frontier model training
• Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to understand technical data requirements and identify key opportunities
• Leverage and expand a broad network of contacts in the global data space to unlock partnerships opportunities
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand the data landscape, identifying emerging trends and partnerships opportunities in the AI ecosystem
• Working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate agreements, drive special projects, advocate internally for partners, and educate on industry trends
• Providing regular reports and updates on partnership activity and performance
