Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Tech Lead to shape our technical direction, lead a cross-functional Scrum team, and build and scale our SaaS platform using the Microsoft stack.
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience
- Experience with Front End development using Frontend frameworks, ideally React
- Strong focus on crafting high quality, well tested solutions
- Strong understanding of non-functional considerations such as security, performance and scalability
- Proven experience mentoring and coaching engineers toward high performance
- Excellent understanding of agile principles
- Fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-trust team culture
- Encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and a shared sense of ownership
