Program Management Engineer

Metal Technologies is seeking a Program Management Engineer to lead and scale its outside OEM machining business. The role involves managing internal and external product launch activities, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost performance meet expectations. The position is a rotational leadership role with a potential transition into Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or another technical leadership role within 2–3 years.
