Order Fulfillment Lead/Manager

This position is responsible for managing order dates to support on time delivery metrics across supply chain processes and systems.

Requirements

• Manage LOGIS order promising (LOP) system
• Manage Lead Times by product, process path, conditioning, segments and customer base
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Capacity and Scheduling groups
• Define Metallus’s Capacity Groups
• Manage Hot Rolled Inventory programs
• Manage Order Re-Promising process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes to not meeting Original Promise Date to customers
• Lead cross functional teams to fulfill Escalated Orders
• Support Sales to deliver root cause to customers on shipment delays
