Quality Coordinator

Role Overview

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the working conditions of the entire facility to ensure compliance with Company quality policies and procedures. This includes enforcing company quality guidelines, inspecting products and processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.

What You Will Do

Provides quality control support, inspects products for defects, maintains documentation, and assists with quality improvement strategies.

Requirements

• High School diploma/ equivalent
• One or more years of relevant experience in an industrial or warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective processing and distribution of material
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices and key industry trends
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of factors including analysis, knowledge and experience, and judgment
• Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers as well as internal/external customers
• Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or reporting software
